Very quaint restaurant, looks like you're walking into a very welcoming house, (even though some cosmetic construction was being done at the time of our visit). All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and all seemed to have very bright personalities. Menu is simple to understand, yet diverse enough for multiple categories of delicious options. We ordered two "The Mafia" sandwiches (Salami, Ham, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Oil) and added Capicola to both. We also ordered 2 sides of Pasta Salad. For only 2.00 we received large portions of these pasta salads. We were overall pleased with the portions of everything we received. The sandwiches tasted amazing, and if you like yours a little more like Jersey Mike's, I suggest ordering a side of their Italian dressing to Drizzle on, and it tastes great. Will definitely be returning soon.
It has been a couple of years since I’ve been to Antone’s. My friend said they were under new ownership so we went for lunch. I ordered the Salami Sandwich called My Cousin Vinny and it was excellent! The bread was delicious. I also noticed they have more menu options which is nice. They have a good amount of seating and plenty of parking in the back. One of the owners checked on us a few times to check if we needed anything. He was very kind. Looking forward to going back and trying their pizza and pasta.
What an amazing place to eat me and my husband came for the first time and we got the mafia and a half plate of spaghetti and garlic bread it was a hit. We will definitely be back and the staff members were awesome thank you
The perfect sandwich! Loved every bit of the Mafia. You can not go wrong. Service was friendly and fun. I properly tipped a couple of bucks and he threw in a free bag of chips! The funky fusion, a great compliment to an amazing sandwich. Highly recommended.
Every time we have a training for our work we come here as a large group and the restaurant is built in an old house. We are able to push them tables together and you can easily accommodate 10 to 15 people. I got the meatball sandwich which is not big meatballs but kind of like chopped up meatballs, at first it was kind of interesting the way that they have their meatballs but the taste is delicious and the bread is freshly baked. The prices are really good and the employee that was taking our order came out and took our picture for their Instagram which we were happy to do!
First time having Antone’s and I had no idea this place is the new Italian staple in riverside. Being from New York I am happy to have found a place that embodies the east coast vibes. The sauce is al dente’, their meatballs are amazing, and did I mention they serve peroni’s! Loved everything about this place - we hosted a rehearsal dinner for a dear friend and had the pleasure to meet the owner and his team. What a stand up guy who has created a beautiful restaurant! Great staff, great food, great laughs and an overall great experience. We will definitely be back!
We had the privilege of meeting the new owner today and he was great-I am glad that this fell into the hands of a riverside local/family oriented individuals. I love how they added salads on the side (I reallyy hope they add macaroni salad!).
OMG I ordered the avocado toast via Door Dash this morning. I got the pastrami add on, my taste buds and belly loves me right now! It is soooooooo delicious, fresh and the pastrami has pretty much no fat which is hard to find, BEST AVACADO TOAST AND BEST PASTRAMI EVER!!!
